Over 4+ years across technology consulting, enterprise software, and digital transformation, I've worked at the intersection of business and technology on transformation initiatives spanning financial infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital adoption. At IBM, I managed two critical workstreams on Canada's US$50M+ Real-Time Payments modernization program, coordinating across 10 delivery workstreams and 2,200+ requirements, leading a 10+ member Business Analysis team, and improving delivery efficiency by 37%. Earlier, at Maple Leaf Foods, I drove 124% growth in adoption of a digital platform across 3 manufacturing plants, leading change enablement for 200+ frontline employees.
